I wish they had shown a scene between Mini and Babes sleeping together the night before the wedding, talking the night away. Both realizing that they won’t be sharing the same room from tomorrow. Babita explaining to Mini that even though they won’t be sleeping in the same bed, that doesn’t mean that Babita will be dur from Mini, and that she will always be there when Mini needs her, and that Mini can always come to Babita with any problems. This would have been lovely. But I guess Ab koi Chance nahin 🤷‍♀️

Chooda rasam May have some brief convo and then direct jump to lehenga gifting etc.

Instead of focusing on internal emotions of a transition, the focus is on the ceremonial grah pravesh stuff.

I guess the writers feel too tired to write meaningful convos for now 🤷‍♀️😂

And shaadi ke baad bhi milengi ki nahin, pata nahin. Uske baad koi aur rasmein dhund lenge to go crazy over 🤪😂

This ain't happening now. Such a let down . They are pushing everything to happen after wedding so don't expect any happy scenes after the wedding. Usme problems ke upar problem aa khadi hogi 🤔.

Problems toh hoti rehti hain, but PB executed well previously with focus on conversations.

Ab focus is only on naach gaana 🤷‍♀️....they hardly talk in that much depth.

Anyways I guess I should go rewatch old epis to remind myself of when the show actually got it right.

Haan aa gayi main🤗😆 had to comment on that part as it was bothering me and now thT i caught it in the past episodes too it is bothering me more how babita always buys it when one can clearly see mini is putting up an act.

The writing has dropped because i feel somewhere they are trying to pander to superficiality wale audience too ke naach gaana, kapde , joote se trp aa jaye too but i also felt that actors looked a bit tired too must have been hectic but aaj woh noor was missing and they looked mentally checked out in that lame haldi sequence. Even the supporting cast members looked a bit dull

Bahahah yeh kaunsi nayi baat hai humare liye🤣 Waise bhi jahan dil lag jaata hai wahan jald hi gadbad ho jaati hai 😆 But still it is too soon to give up just yet aage dekhte hain thode din will get a better pic beyond this nonsensical kitchen politics of pani and khatri and kammo and what not 🙄🙄

Btw idk why i got the feeling that khatti was talking to ashok😏 and i kinda sense maybe a custody battle next esp with HS now welcoming mini as a beti officially too and all this mini rahegi toh ashoj ki nishaani thing i am fearing mini and babita might get separated for a bit caz mini is still a minor( right?)

I dunno if they are trying to pander.....in so many epis toh pander kiya nahin, Ab suddenly they lost their heads over shaadi? 🤷‍♀️😂

Actors toh deffo look super tired, no doubt. Supporting cast bhi whole week se naach hi rahe hain toh tired hi lage hain.

The haldi scene was beyond boring. Itna sajna dhajna kisi kaam na aaya Jab content hi nahin tha 🙄

I think issue is lack of self reflection....Babita’s mind has been turned into a black box again and there are no convos to address it.

The two main things that stuck out to me today were:

1) HS and Mini are both bracing themselves for a changing dynamic post the wedding with Babita...they've already starting thinking towards it, wondering about it....in Mini's case, being kinda morbid about it too.

Both mother-daughter are same .. denial mode of changing dynamics.. Although Babita anticipates the change with HS but not with Minnie ..

Ofcourse Mini is still haunted by the words uttered yesterday......and she's already starting to remind me of what she was like on the brink of her depression phase....but for now, I guess I'm thankful she hasn't gone into the level of awkwardness I was dreading based on yesterday.

It was heartbreaking to see her seeking solace in that 'one last time' and then masking it with 'i was just joking' .. The girl is going to break soon 😒

Rest of the episode was dedicated to Kammo rehabilitation.....lol....as expected, sab kuch "padosiyon ki nok jhonk" mein rafa dafaa kar diya.....and I didn't know that Kammo doesn't know Khatri molested Babita.....although I doubt that will make any difference to her if she finds out also....pati chahiye bas....aur medals bhi chahiyein for going against him 1-2 times.....lol....bada ehsaan kar diya Babita pe.

I am going to be cynical here .. well it was wedding mahol .. whatever NB did was out of sheer business/neighbor relationship .. so today we all finally got the confirmation that she is unaware of Babita's molestation by her husband .. I am somewhere hopeful that she supported him unknowingly .. the day she becomes aware I hope (fingers crossed) she walks out on him ..

Somewhere I feel she isn't that bad as bad her environment is (aka Khatri) .. she said what she said due to her association with Khatri .. I will not discount what she said either .. to me it was still below teh belt and she will regret it big time when she becomes aware of the reality

On this front, the writing hasn't lived up to the mark. I understand why they want to use Khatri as a character to create conflict.....but whitewashing of Kammo's words doesn't cut it for me.....especially for a show that otherwise touts characters that don't take bullshit for the sake of so called "duniyadaari".

I am going to take the 'not addressing emotional write-up writeup' with a pinch of salt .. Although not similar, there was an outburst with Babita's ego sometime back and eventually (after PH clarificaiton) everything fell in place due to her apology .. I have a feeling, CV's focus is wedding right now and they don't want to focus on these side issues .. Some of it was done to develop the next track and realistically speaking when we are in the middle of the wedding .. we too get so embroiled in the wedding preparations and brush other things under the carpet because we want the wedding to wrap up as smoothly as possible ..

The whole haldi dance and water issue was kinda boring.....only thing I liked was Mini trying the reverse countdown thing to calm down her anger.....more HS-isms she's imbibing😆

To her reverse countdown, I will only point out that the scene emphasizes the fact biological relationships are not as important as emotional/heart relationships .. She has imbibed HS essence so much that she acts like him, talks like him, follows his words to the T .. SHE IS HIS daughter no matter who argues against it

The writers made me regret my own words from earlier in the week.....LOL maine hi bola tha that I liked how they were showing the shaadi track but they've managed to reach the end of my patience too.....I'm beyond bored of haldi, jaago jo bhi.....it's like bas khatam karne ke liye khatam ho rahe hain ab.....emotional feel has substantially dropped since yesterday.

I agree .. the track is giving a feeling of drag now .. But I guess we are towards the end of it .. next week they should be done with the wedding and we will all begin with normal life again

I don't have any complaints with the tracks except for the dragging wedding

They shot the scenes out of order, didn't they? That might be adding to the disjointed feeling.....most of the focus has been on the logistics of shooting the rasmein rather than maintaining the emotional flow to the level that PB usually does.

I expect more from this show, hence my disappointment.....this disjointedness and randomness is regular fare in other shows.....but I thought PB was better than that😕

I really don't get what happened after Tuesday.....they were building up so well with the opening of the room......but the momentum is gone.....and the scenes they switched to lacked that emotional impact.

Yes it looks like it .. because yesterday HS's mehndi was dark, today it wasn't .. so consistency is not there due to aage-piche shooting ..

Plus the editing isn't helping .. feels like they want to address multiple things in 1 episode .. and in trying to do so they are chopping off some important stuff ..

Waise main kahaan give up kar rahi hoon.....lol I'm just disappointed with these epis....I'll still watch....even at it's worst, it's 1000 times better than other TV trash right now😆

Re: custody angle....haha same thought occurred to me yesterday....we were discussing it in kal ka thread.....I guess we've seen too much iTV....saare typical twists yaad aate hain😆

Yes, Mini is still a minor, but some ppl were saying yesterday that she's beyond the age where they can have a custody battle over her and she can state her choice about where she wants to live....and choose toh HS ko hi karegi.
