After a while both Raman and Ishita's parents were losing hope

on finding Ishita until it came to Raman's birthday

he phoned every confectionery and finally he found a place

that had all cakes with Happy Birthday Raman on them

and when Raman ask for this he is told he can come and collect

but just missed Ishita then they all went to the church but again

Ishita had left

Raman ran after the cab but when he hit a pole and fell probably

Ishita could not move on she returned to check on him

PART 22

Ishita asked Raman again-aap thik ho naa??

Raman got up at once and said smiling-ab tak nahi tha,but now I am fine.nahi actually very fine.he said and hugged her tightly.ishita tried to break the hug but he didn't let her do so and said-stop moving,let me feel u near me first.

Ishita didn't tried any further just closed her eyes feeling his arms around her while his hold was getting tighter on her.their eyes were closed while both were lost in each other.

They stayed in each other's arms for long and finally he broke the hug.he cupped her face and said kissing her temple-kahan thi tum,I was dying without u.kahan chali gayi thi apne Raman ko chod kar .he said and kissed her temple many times while she was just lost in his touch as she was getting his love for the first time.

After long,when he felt little satisfied,he broke the hug and look thoroughly at her .she has became very lean and thin.he hugged her again and said-what u have done to urself , Ishita??Kya haalat bana li hai.he said making Ishita remember her patches,she thought he was saying about her patches and tried to break the hug but he was holding her very firmly not to let her go.

Ishita-let me go ,raman.i know u don't like to see me like this,but ab aisi hi hoon main,badsurat si .I lost my beauty ,Raman.jis khoobsurati se aapko paana chahti thi,I lost that and now I can never get ur love.toh mujhe chale jaane dijiye,I can't see u hating me.i just can't see u hating me again.she said and start crying while Raman tried to remove the stole hiding her face.

Ishita hold her stole and said -dont,bahut badsurat hai .u will hate me.i hate myself after getting these patches .she said and crying more bitterly.

Raman didn't tried any longer and just hugged her tight trying to console her but she was just not listening to him ,was just crying saying that now he will hate her as she is no longer beautiful.

Seeing no option to make her stop,he pulled her closer grabbing her waist and claimed her lips making her eyes open wide in shock.he start kissing her passionately while she closed her eyes feeling his soft touch.he pulled her more into himself while she slide her fingers into his hair kissing him back with equal passion enjoying their first ever kiss.

They kissed each other for long and finally he broke the kiss feeling her getting tired.he look at her and saw her eyes were getting close .he understood that she is not fine,he just picked her and took her to his car.

Ishita was trying to resist and telling him to let her go but he made her sit in the car and said-chup,ekdum chup .bahut bolti ho tum,but main sunne mein interested nahi hoon.

Ishita-why r u not letting me go .don't u understand ,main woh Ishita nahi rahi who loved u.

Raman-kyun, tumhara pyaar kam ho gaya hai mere liye .I know nahi hua hai,tabhi itni bimaar,itni akeli ho kar bhi u r celebrating my birthday. So u r the same,then how can u say that u have changed.

Ishita-my face has changed,Meri khoobsurati chali gayi .I hate to see myself in mirror .mujhe itna bura lagta hai toh aapko kitna bura lagega .I know u will throw me out of ur life,toh mujhe khud hi chale jaane dijiye ,aapki nafrat nahi jhel paaungi main ab,itni strong nahi hoon.she said with moist eyes.

Raman couldn't take her words and said hugging her tight-i love u.

Ishita got shocked hearing him and look at him breaking the hug.

Raman cupped her face and said-haan,yahin sach hai.bahut pyaar karta hoon tumse.itna jyada ki tum saath nahi thi toh jee nahi paa raha tha,mar raha tha.

Ishita-u r lying naa.

Raman-i don't have a reason to lie .tumse dur reh kar jaana ,tum kitni jaruri ho mere jeene ke liye.aise kaise chod kar chali gayi apne Raman ko,main mar jaata toh.he said and she start crying bitterly hugging him.

Ishita-main nahi jaana chahti thi , Raman ,trust me ,main nahi jaana chahti thi aapko chod kar.aap toh jaan ho meri,aur aapko chodna matlab marne se pehle mar jaana.but I was scared,scared to see hatred in ur eyes for me.i just can't see u hating me again,bahut mushkil se aapke dil mein jagah bana paayi thi.i don't want to ruin it by showing u my ugly face,issliye chali gayi .she was saying when he removed her stole making him see her face which has now full of patches .she hide her face and said-please mat dekhiye,it's very ugly.

Raman removed her hand and said touching her face -kya kar diya tumne khud ko ,Ishita .yeh thik ho sakta hai.tum kahan thi ab tak.we could have consulted the doctor and make this better.

Ishita-main bahut darr gayi thi,cancer ho gaya mujhe.i had lost sense,kuch samajh nahi aa raha tha.marne ka mann kar raha tha,par uski bhi himmat nahi thi.toh I just took a room in rent and was waiting for my death.

Raman-waiting for death,really Ishita .Maine kitna dhoondha tumhe,agar tujhe kuch hota naa,toh main bhi mar jaata.samajh rahi hai tu,ur Raman would have died.he said crying.

Ishita hugged him tight and said-dont say like this,mere Raman ko kuch nahi ho sakta .I will never let anything happen to my Raman .she said and kissed him.he too wrapped his arms around her and kissed her for long.

After a long,they broke the kiss and Ishita said-happy birthday Raman.aapko duniya ki har khushi mile .

Raman-mujhe tum mil gayi.i don't want anything else.bas ab tum thik ho jao,then we will live happily forever .

Ishita-aap mujhe chodenge toh nahi naa??she asked to which he said-never.how can I ,u r my jaan.

Ishita-aap mujhse pyaar karte hai naa??

Raman-bahut jyada.

Ishita-u r not concerned about these patches naa??

Raman nodded in no .

Ishita-aur agar yeh thik nahi hua toh??

Raman -then also I will always love u kyunki mera pyaar iss chehre ki khoobsurati ka mohtaaz nahi .all I wanted is ur beautiful heart,joh sirf mere liye dhadakta hai.

Ishita hugged him happily and said-sirf aapke liye .

Raman hugged her tight and was stroking her hair softly happily when his phone rang.he picked it seeing his father's number.

Raman-hello.

Mr bhalla-u got her,he asked anxiously while everyone was standing around stopping their breathe.

Raman smiled and said-she is with me,thodi tabiyat kharab hai,weak bhi ho gayi hai but she is ok,koi injury nahi hai .and she is very much alive .he said while everyone burst into tears hearing this .Raman give her phone and she said-i am sorry .

Everyone cried hearing her voice,her parent took the phone and talked to Ishita crying .she too cried hearing their voice . Finally toshiji said taking the phone from Mr bhalla-jaldi se Ghar aaja puttar.we all r waiting for u.raman please bring her home ,we r dying to see her.

Raman-ji maa,we r coming.he said and was about to hung the call when Ishita took the phone and said-maa.

Toshiji-bol puttar.

Ishita-cake manga lijiye,aaj Raman ka birthday hai.we will celebrate it together.she said making everyone look at each other in surprise that still all she can think is about her Raman.

Toshiji-jaisa tum kaho,bas jaldi se ghar aaja.we all r waiting.

Ishita nodded and they finally hung the call .

Raman pecked her temple and said-lets go home.

Ishita hide into his chest and said-i am already in my home.she said and kissed his chest while he wrapped his arms around her vowing to protect her against all odds always.
