just that movie title Dil Toh Pagal Hai is used as an expression for our heart is mad/does what it wants, aka fall in love with anyone regardless if people call it mad. Men or women.

Basically they're saying, jisko thokona hai, thoko, tumhari marzi, lekin condom use karo.

The poster is of DTPH. The dialogue is from KKHH, And the line pyaar to baar baar ho sakta hai means referring to sex... I think they have made this promo of short to celebrate 1 year anniversary of LGBTQ being decriminalized in India.

Hahaha SRK Karishma and KJo... whatever they intended to convey is conveyed but they shudnt have taken such a popular poster... it just shows SRK swings both ways...
