This is normal nepotism. Chalta hai.

Low/mid level movies, baap ka production, behan ki naukri... Aise nepotism is normal. But I have problem with all the big production houses casting only nepokids, the kids are not even their relatives or close friend's kids. Nepokids getting big production houses' movies even though their last few films were duds... Not normal. Woh monopoly hai.

kabhi kabhi lagta hai, yeh sab inside deals hote hai ya money laundering/tax saving schemes, Arjun Kapoor still getting lead roles is baffling.
