yes, I should've, but there was lots of after thoughts going-on in my head, like how will I manage away from family ...... what about other 100 things that i would want to do, will i manage living in a forest majority of the time.........etc etc....... guess I wasn't passionate enough......

my career journey has been a roller coaster ride, starting with a gym job to now being a vfx artist....... but thankfully nothing was imposed upon me by my family, so it has been my decision and thats why a satisfied one 😊

from employee's POV, it's bad.........employees are not considered to be having a life outside the studio....when I went there for an interview I saw artist handing over their smart phones at the security counter...... While I understand their concern for WIP stuff getting leaked, but somewhere I feel they need to trust their employees....... i have also heard (this might be a rumor too) that there are cc-tv cameras everywhere and employee's movement are monitored....

It's like that in many firms.. I know one competitor firm where you can't take any external device like smart phone pen drive hard disk etc. It's so strict that one employee lost his job fr taking pendrive inside(long story)

We are allowed but devices don't connect with our systems.

Exactly, there are ways where it cant be connected.........also signing an NDA ensures that people will not take pictures which is a way of leaking in-progress footage in vfx industry..........

I have worked in a hollywood vfx industry's mumbai branch, but we were given full freedom, and that made us much more responsible to ensure confidentiality ....the current studio where i work, we are allowed everything...but one cannot copy anything with user login. Only admin login can do so, which is used only by the IT department....... no-one even tries to leak anything......

That's nice... We have NDA as well and even nda with clients who come in our office😅

Our line of work is even not that confidential but aiwai scaring employees during orientation programes.

Thats great anjs. I left research to start prepping for ias. I never considered forest service its not my cup of tea. I failed prelims this year maybe by 15 marks or so... not sure as marks are not out ... gave wbcs and got through prelims but gave half mains exam and went to sit for another psu exam as it was mains as well... 😆

Now m also part timing as an artist both graphic and canvas till i get the psu job.😎

If i would have cracked forest service ever i will send @Zeal17 real honey as he needs it🤣

People do spill about ur jobs and education in detail. Kya pata merey bachon ko kaam ajaye.
