@dhanu you mentioned that you are not a fan of b&w but shwetambara was in b&w. Also remember some of the very best Hollywood and Bollywood suspense movies are in b&w like 20 saal baad, kohra , psycho, woh kaun thi ? etc. It gives extra edge to mystery. I am also not b&w fan but I do appreciate these movies. Have you seen these movies ?

Yes i m not fond of it but ofcourse i do enjoy some movies in black n white esp all of them u mentioned😇 we hv absolutely same favorites🤩

I also prefer all dev anand movies in black n white its true it gives an extra edge to all films.

Wen swetambara was shown on tv i was too little to remember it was color or black n white as video posted if u see is in color 😀 n did u notice the serial doesnt hv too many advts in its 27 min run time

Nowadays the show run time is 22 mins but has lot of ads😕

As i told u horror n suspense genre is my fav 😍

Swetambara music was haunting too , i think in olden days acting used to be superb n enuff to create effect unlike now ☹️

Yes, his name is Raghuvir Nevrekar. He was Ashok Saraf's mama.

Just like Shwetambaram, Kille Ka rahasya was scary too, but for me not as scary as Raghuvir Nevrekar. You know as kids we are afraid of somethings, as we grow up the fear ebbs away, but the memory of fear, bhitichi athvan matr aste, for me Nevrekar was like that. A brilliant actor.

Acting was better because opportunities being less, only really dedicated people turned towards acting and even then they had a regular 9 to 5 job.

Yes that is the Old Fox. I think it was subbed or was it dubbed ? Either way it was different from anything that was on DD at that time .
