I think Dabangg 3 is taking more time than they thought so he might be concentrating on finishing that.

my guess was that he will have a cameo in Akshay's cop movie to make him part of the Cop Universe with Ranveer, Akshay and Ajay. Akshay's movie will move back to Eid 2020
