She is Fatima Bhutto

I read only the first chapter of her book “Songs of Blood and Sword”

It was a pretty scary description of life in Karachi

Not much. I realized this could be Fatima because of the resemblance with Koel Purie. She used to look like a long faced Koel Purie.
