I dont know but looking at hospital pics I felt that saru may do hunger strike or something of that sort because of which she is admitted in the hospital and all this may happen on some marriage function that's why all were dressed up nicely and saru still in that red dress.Saru may plan this to escape from hospital as she knows guddan will not let anything happen to saru bahu as she is the family member.
