As a TV show, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein had a lot of potential. You can pick up any episode of the 11 PM YHM, you will see just how realistic it was. It was light hearted, subtle yet spoke effectively about social issues. It was a winner, if not for the time slot change.
IshRa also had immense potential as a couple and they could've been taken as an example of an ideal jodi.
I was watching an episode of 5 years ago and it just struck me that IshRa taught me so much about life and relationships. If that standard would've been maintained, we would be rejoicing. Anyhow. I shall cherish what we had than to mull over what isn't. Life goes on.
IshRa is a tale of two ABANDONED souls who sought solace in the other by virtue of their child. By no means, IshRa are perfect over their years of vacillating expedition, from a personal perspective, I wouldn't have vouched for an idyllic IshRa, that could have damaged the essence of the couple.
Yes, IshRa have been a part of gut wrenching and acerbic separations, perhaps like no other and so is the sheer intensity of their love, unassailable and impregnable. Raman is no uxorious husband and Ishita is no role model wife, yet they complete each other. They have accepted each other faults and more importantly, they loved each other for what they are 😍🤩😘
