They want you to go fully digital as in use apps like YONO rather than carry a plastic card with you everywhere. Basically helps them to do away with ATM machines that needs a lot of money. With a phone its completely the customers problem to have a good phone and decent internet service along with good battery life and of course the couhtless security threat that comes along with it.

Why are u obsessed with billi ? I like to think that we are in good terms as we never had an argument. So, could you please shift ur attention to someone else other than Billi.

Haan wahi! My work timing and bank hrs are almost. Couple of times permission leke gayi thi. But they act like assholes. Customer care also hasn't been helpful. Bekar mein debit card ke paise kat rahe hain. I might as well move to hdfc.

On the contrary,Billi and her Bangladeshi neighbor are obsessed with me. I never knew these people existed until so late. I dont even know what issues do they have with me. I know janta is a leftist bigot so it's a given that he will have problems with a right one. But these two bangalans are ainwayi khush hoye ja rahi hai mere jaane se. Hmmph. Yeah hdfc is doing great in pvt sector. I use sbi plus another nationalised bank and they are absolute sweethearts so i have never faced any problem. Didnt move an inch to get new cards.
