No More films for PC; Has her Bollywood Career come to a standstill?

Priyanka Chopra has been having the best time of her life. Be it going on exotic vacations, or throwing lavish parties or joining hubby Nick Jonas and his brothers on the Happiness Begins tour, our desi girl is leaving no stone unturned to enjoy herself to the fullest!

Since the time she tied the knot with singer-actor, Nick Jonas, Priyanka has been keeping very busy on personal front. But, if her professional life is concerned the actress has no projects lined up!

PeeCee is currently awaiting the release of her film, The Sky is Pink where she will be seen alongside Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim.But, post this film hit the silver screens, the 37 year old actress has no other movies, neither in Bollywood nor in Hollywood.

While the Bajirao Mastani actress has nothing to offer in terms of acting, her production house, Purple Pebble Pictures is going out and about making some thought-provoking films.

A friend of the actress revealed to Deccan Chronicle about Priyanka giving her whole and soul to Bollywood and now she has nothing new to offer, unless she decides to re-invent herself.

"She has given what she can to Bollywood. Her last assignment in India is The Sky Is Pink where she plays a mother to Zaira Wasim. To play mom to an adult actress is a suicidal move in Bollywood! But PC is different," the report quoted a friend of Priyanka's as saying.

A few months back, when Priyanka graced the Ellen De Generes' show, she had spoken up about wanting to make and produce Hindi adaptation of the Wild Wild Country, based on the documentary on the life of Osho and Maa Anand Sheela.

"We're developing it as the character of Sheela, who was this guru who originated from India, [Osho's] right-hand woman. And she was just devious and created a whole cult in America, brought people here. [The documentary] was amazing, and I'm developing that next for me to star in and produce, which I think would be really cool," PC had said. However, so far there has been no update even on that front.

Isn't she doing Inshallah?

Fan or not, the truth is she has a good life, and has already achieved more than many people will, she can disappear from public eye tomorrow if she wants to and it is no big deal, or make 10 movies and create a big deal... She is enjoying the fruit of her labor and choosing her path.

Priyanka is shooting Hollywood Netflix movie right now, then later this year promoting The Sky Is Pink, maybe another film after that, then the film with Mindy next year, the Maa Sheela film wouldn’t be until after that. Vishal Bhardwaj also wants to do Twelfth Night Hindi version with Priyanka at some point. These fake articles need to start doing better research.

yes her recent dual nature exposure was a good development specially the thrashing she got from all over the world

but my issue with this fake wannabe has been going on years now...i caught this disgusting wannabe well well before many...i saw a shameless person who will act, lie, fake for fame and money

that has caught up with her...she is not even getting movies in bollywood...and in hollywood she is there usually for 5-10 minutes at max..

basically she was propped out to attract a desi population everywhere..which could have worked in initial year but then she is so bad that she failed in tv..movies.

hollywood can get another face like her ...there are lots available

her drama of oh desi girl oh desi girl ...that crap is years behind now
