Hi Nithya I am better since weekend. Avoided totally all sweet items and adding more fruits and vegetables into diet and I can feel the good change too. Also omitted spicy food as it doesn't help much in this hot humid weather. Next month Malaysia having many holidays so I will take off few days there that why I came in to complete some work.
