You can make them on online photoshops .

Go to photopea.com . The interface is just like photoshops. All the features are same too. You can use psds and all.

You can access it from mobile. That's the best part.

Two time we've repaired it and computer mechanic said it's not working coz we don't use it regularly....so to keep it working use it daily and this time happened the same .....for two months we didn't switch on the computer and when we switch it on ....he refused to start
