what is relation between ishani and dr shashank ?

i am confused what is relation between dr shansnk and ishani? they were getting emotional in one episode.

why anjali has problem with ishani?

also there was one phone call to ishani where someone told not to share her real surname to anyone?

I think Shashank took her under his wing and encouraged her to become the best doctor she can, coming out of the eclipse of her parents' deed. He became the father figure to a frightened, confused and heart broken child. That's the vibe their interaction with each other gave out.

My inside guts state that she may be daughter of Armaan and Riddhima...

Looks like fatherly figure or a guardian angel 😇 for her .

There is some depth in their relation which we can clearly see in their interactions.

she can't be Armaan-Riddhima's daughter. her surname is Arora and acc to magazine cover page Dr.Aroras had some fraud, disgusting or unethical past with Sanjivani. Ishani is defo A Arora, kyunki her monologue says that she's gonna prove herself unlike her parents.

They were Malik not Arora. And also in yesterday's episode Ishani called Shashank uncle.
