From Deepika Padukone's chic sartorial pick to Kareena Kapoor's casual outfit, airport saw a lot in these seven days
Being a Bollywood citizen isn’t exactly an easy task, especially when it comes to making style moves. Be it for their film sets or extravagant Bollywood events, celebrities have to be on top of their sartorial game. And why just that, owing to all the paparazzis camped outside Tinsel town’s famous airport and on the other end our style desk, their travel looks too need to be on-fleek, however sometimes it is not.
Here we have a roundup of Bollywood actors who hit the bull’s eye and the one’s who did not with their airport style streak this week......…..
Ananya Panday was casually dressed for the airport in a printed white tee, cargo pants, white sneakers and a Louis Vuitton monogram tote. Ananya wasn't at her chic self therefore this was definitely a style fail for her.
Hina Khan rocked a lovely co-ord set in wallpaper florals. She complimented this look with a pair of matching sunglasses and black pointy sandals. We quite like this airport avatar of Hina Khan. We also give a full ten for that lovely tan.
Kangana Ranaut was at her bossy best in dark blue overalls and a khaki jacket stylishly shrobbed. Like she does, Kangs styled her look with uber luxurious pieces like the Off-White sling bag, leather Oxford shoes and gold rimmed round sunglasses.
One more celebrity who never fails to surprise us with his fashion picks is Karan Johar. He was seen carrying an LV duffle bag and Vaquera NYC jacket which did not quite hit the right spot on our style desk. We blame the text print.
Malaika Arora's outfit pick for the airport was musically high as she slayed a "The Beatles" printed sweatshirt clubbed with a pair of flared jeans and Fendi travel tote. As usual, Malaika was on-point with her travel look.
Dia Mirza was like the darling she is as she rocked a pair of skinny denims, white wrap over blouse and printed longline shrug. She styled her airport look with a blue leather tote and leather loafers. We quite like her simple but super chic OOTD.
Disha Patani was at her athletic best in a pair of grey joggers, white sneakers and a cool reptile printed graphic crop-top. Disha layered her outfit with a red and black bomber. She also left us mesmerised with her dazzling smile.
While the whole Bollywood brigade is proving that a salwaar-kameez is the latest go-to outfit, Divya Kumar Khosla shows us a pretty printed one. She styled it with a pair of sequence mojris and dainty drop earrings.
Deepika Padukone was back to the airport with a monotone outfit game. She was seen flashing her thousand volt smile along with a white shirt, jacket, sneakers and light wash denims. Off-setting all this was a tan tote and brown tinted sunnies.
Kareena Kapoor Khan and her over-sized style is and will always be goals on our desk. Bebo made a case of cool but relaxed airport outfit game, with a Casual Couture tee, mom jeans and leather pointy shoes.
The Dilbar girl Nora Fatehi brought some ethnic drama to the runway in a white flared suit. Nora looked on-point with this traditional avataar. We can't stop appreciating her simple fashion pick.
