Little off topic. There is a malayalam movie villain which has the exact story line as you mentioned. Mohanlal who is the hero of the movie is also a police officer. He kills his wife as mercy killing as she cant be revived due to his love for her. It is a beautiful movie. It shows that love has much more dimensions than we normally see.

It's possible that her father might have heard her begging for death from time to time and one day there was an accidental overdose which he blames HS for.

She doesn't seem like the type to commit suicide but there was something that happened which is linked to the insanity in their love that resulted in her death. From what HS said to Minne, I just felt that he would go beyond the usual for Imarti.

I understand what you all are saying about legalities, but that's the whole point here. He may have put those thoughts aside and only focused on what he thought Imarti needed. It's a question of moral dilemma and creative liberties aside, there is some ambiguity about the whole thing.

Did he not release Ashok on Babita's request, even though as a cop he was going against his principles?

P.S. I don't get much time to visit this forum but I always make it a point to read your episode analysis. You write so beautifully that I always end up watching the episode again, only to notiice the nuances you mention in your post. I am sorry for never commenting on any of your posts. But I love reading them. Thank you ❤️

Thank you dear. Don't be sorry for commenting them but if you hit the like button then at I know you've read it. 😃

I haven't posted anything for the past two episodes because of my disappointment with them but let me see if I can do something today.

Phew, Jean. That's quite complicated. The whole intensity and insanity of love. I wish it's something I can easily understand atleast 😆

All that fire and passion, that all-encompassing love... I really hope we get to see some of it. People like HS are lovers of a different degree. It might not be obvious from the outside but he has the real deewaana aashiq type of emotion inside. I am sure we'll see it with Babita when the time comes.

As he said

This is what he thinks but when Babita and he get together, it will be fireworks.

Moh is usually that's something associated with selfish love. Another interesting arc here. Did he get so selfish in the strong love that he couldn't differentiate between right and wrong?

That's my point here. Something made him blur the lines.

I hope that he is not involved at all in her death.

It would have been investigated by the Police Special Branch as he was a Sub Inspector and a Police report produced and done thoroughly by them.

Properly checked her Medical records as well.

I go with that she was killed by either his Father or Nayeem Be Husband maybe when they were fighting and maybe Khatri giving false testimony against HS.

Maybe thats why HS calls him a lowlife and a scambag as well.

But if he has done that indeed, how will he come out from the clutches of law? How was he accused of culpable homicide which is just attempt to murder with wrong intentions? How did the lower courts release him?

I don't want to watch the rest of the story with the feeling that HS had even remotely anything to do directly with Imarti's death.

Too many questions. Bheja frying

Well, it's Sunday Sherlock day and I know that most of us will guess wrong anyway. CVs have something else up their alley. 😆
