So technically A does not own the house just has a share in it. That is why they will all live happily ever after in the same house otherwise A would kick RB out. But what I don't get is, Basu Publications were in loss so how could banks give Anurag a loan as big as this that he was able to purchase a significant amount of Bajaj shares? Anurag himself said that Bajaj is richer than the Basus, so how could banks trust a man to loan him so much money?

I know this is a logical question and does not hold importance in EK land but still asking 😜
