Okay so here is the thing. If the house is under the business name and not under a person's name it is a business asset. So when u buy into a business u also get a share in the asset. So technically A does not own the house just has a share in it. That is why they will all live happily ever after in the same house otherwise A would kick RB out. But keep in mind it's ITV and logic gaya tel lene.

Now how did he buy into the business is basically he took a loan from banks and the share market and put his house and business as collateral which means everything that P saved by marrying RB. That means now if A does not return the loan,he is doomed. If he does not pay the promised 50 percent profit he is doomed.
