Both. Andhra Pradesh is well off state. Even though Hyderabad belongs to Telangana, they are the ones who made use of all the job opportunities. They were accused of using the state's revenue on the development of the infrastructure of their own area rather than the entire state as Chief ministers are mostly from Andhra Pradesh. There is also a water dispute between us.

They wanted Hyd to be like Chandigarh, capital of both the states. Even though, they have Vishakapatnam.
