Jo was supposed to be the heroine in the book..but I hated her when she married that older German doctor. Amy was supposed to be vain and spiteful too if I remember correctly (read the book aeons ago in junior school) but she grew up to be this gracious and kind lady....uh and she married that rich guy who was after Jo. I know that. I think she thought of Laurie as a little brother. No I meant Jo married Prof Baer and then she was selflessly helping some soldiers or some poor people during the War or something na, like really exerting herself all selfless and self sacrificing even though Prof was already like so poor? My memory is fuzzy now...read the book some 9-10 yrs ago in class 2 or something.

Ok I've no memory whatsoever of John and Meg. Meg must be the third sister because I think there were 3 but I cant remember them for the life of me.

Oh and anyway since I'm here again, I also identify with Tess Durbeyfield from Tess of the Durbervilles. There's 3 or 4 movies made on that. But I identify more with the book because the way Tess was like so pagan and so into nature. Gosh I can describe much better than this on good days but today I'm my vacuous self...😆
