So, in the flashback moment, Bajaj tells Prerna to inform him if she finds Ronit & he will deal with him in his way. He also tells her that how Ronit is angry since his deal with Bajaj has been ruined because of this marriage.
This flashback was of the day Bajaj & Prerna got married because that's the dress they were wearing when Prerna entered his house with her suitcase & her pre-wedding rituals with Bajaj took place. That's the day Ronit was in India since he informed Anurag of the wedding. Even Shivi had seen him because she informed Prerna of the same. Bajaj knew of Anurag's accident, so, did he not know that Ronit was still in India or how Anurag came to know?
Just a day before, Bajaj had given Ronit a passport & Visa to escape the country & the next day, he tells Prerna that Ronit has escaped, the kind of danger he poses & she should tell him if she finds Ronit anywhere & he would deal with it . He himself informed Ronit of this marriage. Since he gave him visa, so, he knew where would Ronit go.
Either he was deliberately fooling Prerna by hiding this information again (in this case, it is equal to lying because he himself helped Ronit escape a day before) or it is a huge inconsistency with his character again. For a smart man like him, to have assessed Ronit for the kind of danger he was, he still let him go, when he knew he will be back for revenge, afterall Ronit had threatened him when he left & Bajaj in his full swag had said, "Anytime".
Bajaj deliberately let a dangerous enemy escape when he knew he would be a danger to all his plans & to his wife as well, who he plans to use as a queen. For someone, who keeps a tab on his enemies, he has no intelligence on Ronit right now. It's kind of stupid on Bajaj's part to think that Ronit will no longer be danger to Prerna once she becomes Mrs. Bajaj. When he knew everything about Prerna, he should have known that Prerna-Ronit enmity goes back to Prerna's sister as well.
Either he isn't so smart afterall or he is playing a game no one sees yet.
Such inconsistency will be doom of this character. To have him win in every single scene to establish how smart this character is & then such blunder/inconsistency on his part will undermine how they have established him so far unless they reveal that he has been playing a very big game till now in which even Prerna is a mere pawn? And now, if he says Sneha is the reason, then this man used his own daughter as well in this game in a twisted way.
Bajaj better have a holistic characterization, instead of such bits & pieces thrown here & there. A smart player is not expected to do blunders like this & they have established Bajaj as invincible till now.
It's absurd to look for logic in Ekta's shows but when you set the bar high about a character, atleast look into how it will play in future to avoid his fall to an unintelligent & not so smart man.
