Here Is The Update For 13th March, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
At the Academy, Peter is practicing as to how to present his written application to avoid the next day's drill on a fake injury. Inside the partitioned and frosted glass, a silhouetted figure is visible. Peter is practicing to say that he has pulled his calf or hamstring muscle and suddenly Major Vaibhavi emerges to his surprise. Peter begins to stammers for he was expecting Doc Shalini. Major Vaibhavi asks about his problem, as Doc Shalini is on deputation for a Vaccination Program, leaving The Major in charge of the Infirmary.
Peter stammers that he has muscle pull or some hamstring and he need the time off from the drill. Major Vaibhavi, the smart cookie, that she is, asks Peter to show the affected area, when he protests to say that the injury is in the embarrassing area, The Major asks him to drop his pants. Well when in that embarrassing situation conveniently the telephone rings, and the Major is wanted in the communication department as there is an emergency. Peter is asked to wait. She leaves.
Back in the jungle area Vidya attends to Sameera and administers all the necessary first aid procedures.
Inside the Gypsy, over the wireless Akrithi calls out, Gunny intercepts Akrithi's call first and gets the location.
Then Abhmanyu intercepts and says the medical needs and antidotes would be sent. Then Major Vaibhavi advices few first aide procedures, By that time help would be at hand.
Purvi asks Rummy to remove his shirt and Rummy jumps to conclusions. And asks Purvi to hold herself back. Purvi, understanding his mind, is irritated and in a stern tone asks him to remove his shirt, Rummy mumbling that at this critical time, that he is a respectable person, is she wanted so what, removes his shirt, and throws to the ground, with his back to Purvi, he removes his vests, when he turns round , Rummy sees that Purvi has dipped toe shirt to get water. Then Purvi walks forward, Rummy follows.
Unknown to Purvi, Rummy stumbles and falls, hitting his head on a stone.
Peter in the Infirmary and Markhand is passing by, slowly Markhand steps in and inquires about Peter being at the spot, that is at the Infirmary. Peter tells his story of woe. And the Smart Markhand says that Doc Shalini is out on Deputation and the Major is in charge. Peter's woe is multiplied and he asks Markhand that he knew of this fact while he wrote his application, Markhand says that he knew Doc was out since the notice was put up in large letters. Peter again asks Markhand if he had known, then why then Markhand not inform him.
Markhand then says that every dog has its day, nice. Peter is crestfallen, Major appears, and at first asks them to leave, only to change her decision, on second thoughts, that they two take care of the Infirmary as the personnel are out.
Akrithi arrives to the spot and informs Vidya of the situation from Akrithi's end and begins to tell Vidya of Major Vaibhavi's first aid advice. And Akrithi notices that Vidya had already administered all the required first aid. Then Akrithi too rubs, Sameera's Palms, foot etc.
But the condition of Sameera is far from improving, and Akrithi rushes back to the Gypsy.
Akrithi back in the Gypsy contacts the K M A and informs the Major of the seriousness of the situation. The Major again advises Akrithi to some how get the poison out of the system.
Akrithi returns to Vidya and Sameera.
Akrithi mentions about getting the poison out of Sameera's system. Vidya is aware of the procedure, takes out a pen knife, but is stopped by Akrithi, with the self doubt if the procedure goes wrong and patient died, who is no ordinary person, daughter of the Minister.
Vidya then tells Akrithi of the facts, that without doing this procedure Sameera could die, either way.
There is a long thoughtful deliberation and a new Voice over comes through, that the cadets when put in a tight spots and only few good one would come through.
Akrithi then hands over the knife and Vidya wants the knife to be sterilized which they do by making a fire and Vidya makes the incise on the edge of the wound.
Meanwhile Purvi has returned and cools of Sameera, after some time Sameera moves, and Akrithi, with her script dialogues asks Purvi to Watch out for Gunny, lest he misses the spot.
Later Gunny arrives, Purvi stops the Jeep, then leads the team into the jungle where Vidya, and Akrithi are attending Sameera.
Gunny administers the antidote and then sees the incision, cleans and bandages the wound.
Then asks who had done incision, and so deep. Vidya replies with "Vidya Did ".
Gunny then says that whether Vidya knew of the consequences, Sameera would have bled to death.
Then Vidya is silent but meets Gunny's Gaze unwaveringly.
Episode ends on this note and on Vidya's face and gaze.
