I hope Khushi doesn't get hurt by either of it ..

If she's really into her relationship with Arnav,nothing matters then ..

Arnav has not given a chance to Khushi to utter a single word n gets married to her with the help of Manohar n Garima ..

If now he comes to know about Khushi's interest in Akash,he should be shattered not for himself but for the injustice he has done with her ..

As Khushi has admitted it to Anjali that she doesn't love Akash any more,it must not be a big deal for Arnav ..

Payal gets my sympathy for being the unwanted child of her parents,but she's lucky enough to have Akash as her protector n Arnav as her true frnd..

But she's snobbish like her mother n a playgirl,following her dear bro's footsteps..

If now Arnav has found his true love in Khushi,Payal must be happy in his brother's happiness..

He is a sincere friend to Arnav but have no manners to deal with a vulnerable wife who's already finding it hard to cope with the colorful..huh.. disgusting stories of his hubby's long series of illegitimate relationships or one night stands ..

Arnav must take care of this matter that his dear friend n sweet,little sister may not hurt Khushi in future ..

Manohar may not be directly or indirectly involved in Aarti's death,but there is certainly something big that Arnav knows n we r not that lucky yet..

I loved your take on Payal and Aman. Infact, Payal is way more harsh than Aman cos Khushi is now family to her.

That said, Arnav will be shattered to know about Akash and Khushi. But if Arnav has not told her about how he married her, Khushi hasnt come out clean about her love too. Is that acceptable ?

Also, going further you will see the flashbacks of their meets and how they married, and the reason why Khushi is guilty of keeping her love away from Arnav.

I must say you have penned your story well .Each chapter we get to know something new about the main characters also at the same time new revelations come up proving some of our assumptions wrong. This chapter we have got an insight of the famous socialite Priya Kapoor so also Arnav’s friend Aman.

Priya Kapoor reminds me of Manorama..Her marriage to Manohar was definitely one of convenience and a Loveless one too that’s why he was attracted to Aarti who was a loving and kind hearted soul. But at the same time one can say Priya Kapoor was a shrewd lady no doubt or else how could she blackmail Manohar to marry her again after Aarti’s death.

Aarti’s death in a road accident which looks like a murder and the secret which she revealed to Arnav before dying was a turning point in Arnav’s life as I feel that the secret his mom revealed has some information connected to Manohar . So he considers Manohar as his arch rival blames him for her death.After her death Manohar remarried Priya taking him to the kapoor home where he was lonely and this loneliness pushed him towards drugs and that’s where Aman helped him to come out of this phase as a true friend so also he developed a friendship bond with Payal who was (lonely )and more or less was in the same situation as Arnav .this friendship bond still continues today.This is one quality I admire in Arnav Even though to the outside world Arnav’s image is of a casa nova , no doubt is very good at heart and loves kushi very much so he arm twisted Manohar to get him married to kushi.

Lastly I would say I feel sad the one person who was privy to all the happenings in Manohar Aarti’s and Priya lives was Shashi Roy who passed away taking all the secrets with him.

Waiting for many more secrets to be unraveled in the upcoming chapters

I just loved your story had read it in one go.Hope Arnav doesn't get himself in trouble. Loved the progression of their relationship

How so you know Arnav is 33? Khushi is 27 plus, its written in chap 4.

Anyway, I think, Arnav was into drugs and alcohol during his late teens. That was the time, Aarti might have shifted attention to Manohar and it got worse, when Aarti died.

Now I also feel that Shyam might have made an entry into Arnav's life way before Manohar and him became enemies.

I think, Akash was 24/25 when Arnav was brought into Kapoor house and obviously, he was thrown out sooner than expected.

Now I wanna know why do Akash and Arnav hate each other?

We don't know for sure that Akash hates Arnav, though he had ample reasons to dislike Arnav. Manohar left his two kids to marry Arnav's mother. When he returned he brought Arnav back, who reminded them that they had to live without a father for 7/8 years while Arnav had two fathers one after the other. If at all he had feelings for Khushi, Arnav took her away. Payal loves Arnav more than Akash and even Manohar has a soft corner for Arnav.

Why Arnav hates Akash, I don't really know. Is it because, Akash is an ideal son anyone wants or Aarti adored Akash or Arnav and Akash had a spat in the past or Akash showed his caring side for Khushi in front of Arnav, I really don't know.

And Akash is around four years older than Arnav and 17/18 years elder to Payal.

Arnav's father died early too, but since beginning his mom is shown to be a widower, even when she met Manohar

Chap 8 will give you lots of answers

If Priya conceived Payal 17 or 18 years after she had Akash, Priya must be close to 40 when she conceived Payal. The chances of having a normal pregnancy at that age are not zero but, very less.

No wonder they called it a mistake.

At the end of the last chapter, I asked a question on why Arnav's win is a must and how it helps either Shyam or Viraj. I also wrote couple of scenarios.

Now I think I got a better picture.

Viraj Rawat was kicked out of his own party by his father.

Viraj was burning with rage and waiting for the right moment to take revenge on his father.

Some of the politicians are shrewd, conniving and also very patient.

He first found Shyam, who was an ambitious youth leader. He funded PSP and made Shyam the leader. If I am not wrong, his goal is not PSP or PSP's success. His goal is to defeat his father and also may be to become the leader to his own party NSP. I have a feeling a member from Kapoor family (could it be Priya or Aarti?) is indirectly the reason for his ousting.

Viraj then found his next pawn, Arnav (or he already knew about Arnav and Arnav's admiration for Shyam) Some of the mishaps that happened in Arnav's life could have been staged by Viraj or Shyam or both. I think Arnav's opponent in his constituency will be senior Rawat himself. Arnav did not realise that this sympathy vote routine will cause lot more damage to him and his family other than disgracing his step father.

The question is, who else is going to help Arnav in restoring the family reputation?

Raji, I have been saying this earlier too, Akash being too nice doesn’t add up. There has to be a crack in his facade sooner or later.

Or maybe, it just takes all kinds to make this world and Akash is genuinely a good soul.

My friend whose 46, just conceived and her elder daughter is almost ten.
