It was mighty infuriating in S01...everyone except Meneka, his first wife used to call him Mr Bajaj. After the 1st leap, before PRB decided to get married, Sneha also used to call him Mr Bajaj. I mean, come on...a 8 year old could have at least been shown to call him Bajaj uncle🥱

OMG!! His first wife was shown? And Sneha calling himMr.Bajaj.. Okay so now this is too much information for me 🤓 and glad it was infuriating in S1 as well coz I’m not liking it now

ArnavJi. Now when I look back, it began with respect and turned out to be habit.

Even Payal had come to Akash from AkashJi. Upar se Lavanya ko bi sikhaya ArnavJi, I remember how bewildered he was.

I mean in Geet, she always called him Maan even though the background of Khushi & Geet was similar.

In QH, it was just Mr. Khan throughout.

In KRPKAB, it began with Mr. Dixit & Ms. Bose to Dev & Sonakshi.

Even here it's Anurag-Prerna but for Bajaj things never switch to first name.

Initially it was Ms. Farooqui. When they grew close, it became Zoya. After marriage, formally it became Mrs. Khan.

Formally it was always Ms. Farooqui/Mrs. Khan. Intimately, he always called her Zoya.

Zoya stuck to Mr. Khan from beginning to end. Rarely she called him Asad. Then there was Tanveer, calling him Jammy & what not.

Ram did switch to Priya later. Priya rarely called him Ram. Most of the times it was Mr. Kapoor only.

I mean in reality, some women never take their husband's name. Unke liye alag se pronouns use hote hn. Same applies to some men as well. My aunt calls her husband swamiji- gusse me, frustration me, irritation me & pyaar me bi. 😆

I never heard my grandpa taking my grandma's name to address her. It was always pronouns.
