Beautiful post. Thanks for making us go through those beautiful words of HS from yesterday episode. It made my heart heavy once again...
Each and every word of his showed how much he loves Minnie. It's sad that she's yet to realise it completely... Hopefully she will soon.
Thanks for reading and liking it. Didn't want to make you sad again but there's beauty in the sadness HS brings. This show was originally promoted with the mother-daughter bond at the forefront but now we are all becoming pools of emotions due to the father-daughter bond, which is rarely focused on in ITV, that too when they're not related by blood.

So well written by you, each and every part is put down well .Yes today’s episide was really well written, well directed and well executed. Everyone acted really well. I liked it when Biji asked Babita if she is aware of Hanuman’s feelings so it was an advice from a mother to a daughter but same time she is actually not aware of HS’S feeling though she has guessed it right. Hence her slight confusion and not aware expression was well shown by the actress. It seemed real thus. Babita honestly today did not have too much to talk but her expressions were simply superb. Without speaking she expressed so well. Her confusion about the conflict bet HS and Mini, her expressions while talking to Biji and her overall behaviour for today which did not involve too many words.
Now the main scene or rather the main two people. Hanuman and Mini, both of them acted really well rather acting was the best of all episodes till now. Hanuman Singh was too good today be it his feelings and the way he expresses those for Mini or his unsaid feelings for Babita which are clearly depicted thru his expressions. What I loved most was usually a person that age carrying a girl 17 year old would not be liked by many especially her grand parents. But no one not even Biji had such a thought. The relationship is so pure so genuine that HS is more like a father to Mini & everyone has actually unknowingly accepted that. HS expressed everything so well.
But honestly for me the best of all of them today was Mini. She is just 15 years old actually but she is definitely going to be one big actress if she ever tries her hand at acting in future. How can such a small girl act like that. So many her age are acting right now and can’t comment on them as have not seen all. But watever have seen today Ashbourne is def. one of the best. I have always admired Ashnoor’s acting. But today’s scene when HS is speaking to her and she has not even a single word to say still wasn’t she simply the best. Her expressions are simply amazing. She has always been this tomboy and a very tough lady, we have multiple times discussed about her being rude and mature for her age. But in the past few episodes she has been confused abt right wrong, abt her feelings and how well she has shown them. She simply keeps crying while HS speaks to her but her face shows it all. How can someone act that way when it is actually not real but fiction. Later she chokes while trying to tell HS that she is very thankful for whatever he has done for her. Her confusion is so clear. On one hand she knows that HS is good and his relation with her is genuine, she also has feeling for him. But she does not want to accept those nor is she able to deny the same. But her expressions were saying it all. Her thoughts are so visible, without speaking she is saying so much. Really feel her acting is too good for a 15 year old. She will go a long way.
Overall a very good episode and very well written.. lady 👍🏽🙂.
I agree completely. It's nice to see that in some episodes one character is more verbally expressive while others are silent with words but emoting with their eyes and face and nailing it every time. Yesterday it was Minnie and to an extent Babita too.
This is the first time I'm watching Ashnoor's work and I never cease to be amazed by her maturity and acting caliber. She's 15 but playing an almost 18 year old with so much conviction. I feel she's a natural actor and can't imagine anyone else playing this role. That's one of the reasons her scenes with Aniruddh turn out so well, their performances playing off each other. The way she said her lines when thanking him, loaded with so much meaning and the weight of their experiences together was another example of her mastery of her craft.
Indeed, she has a bright future.

Bold@ Very true. I've always observed this too. Especially in the initial episodes, a little while after Babita and Minnie moved into his house, Babita never doubted HS or feared for Minnie's safety when she was behaving close with him. She let her hug him many times, which is something not every mother let's their teenage girl do. Coz he's obviously an outsider. But Hanuman proved to be such a gentleman that not even once she condemned Minnie for getting that close with him. I always liked that about their relationship... That trust was the best thing of the trio's relationship...
And once the mother is trusting, then the grandparents are also made to trust him the same way. Absolutely love it!!
Hadn't thought of that at all, but I guess it's because from the beginning their dynamics were well-established. Yes, Babita was initially concerned about his character but now that you think back to it, you can see how smartly the writers tackled this topic through that scene with the broken lock of their bedroom door, Babita freaking out and hitting HS on the head only to find out he had climbed the stairs with pure intentions to hand them the new door lock. Then Ashok coming in to express the same concerns about Minnie living there with an unknown man, apparently infamous for being alcoholic, followed by his confrontation with HS, showing the stark contrast between both men, and increasing HS' credibility.
Then of course the wonderful scene where Hanuman Singh told Minnie about his great love Imarti and how she made him what he is today, a man who respects women. There was also the visit from Dadu who gave HS his approval after getting to know him better.
All these seeds were sowed by the writers way back then, so what is happening now seems perfectly natural rather than contrived or melodramatic. Not only the Patiala Babes but HS has also gone through a roller coaster with them.
Ok, I'm going to stop writing if it makes people cry, (that too at the start of the day). HS kaafi na tha ke, sabko rulaane me liye.
Oh don't ever stop writing! I'm very happy that this is what I'm crying about. Please keep making me cry in the morning! 😂 ❤️🤗👏
