🤪This is mind-boggling.

I was so disgusted by Abhi's abusive behaviour towards Pragya during the initial episodes of this show that I have up watching it for 5 years😂😂😂😂. It is unbelievable how Abhi used to have a mistress around Pragya and how Tanu and Aliya used to hatch conspiraciea to bring down Pragya in Abhi's eyes in each and every episode. I recently came across this video of the episode where Aliya and Mitali shot a video of Pragya and Suresh in Pragya's room to make a MMS just to dope Abhi into believing that Suresh and Pragya had an affair😠😠😠. What is worse is the fact Abhi believed Tanu and Aliya after watching the MMS. After that, Abhi left no stone unturned to abuse Pragya verbally and physically. In one particular scene, drunk Abhi shoved Pragya around like she was some punching bag and flung her to the other side of the room. What was even worse that he gave her 24 hours to prove her innocence. When the evidence of her innocence was destroyed, Abhi forced her to marry Suresh. When he himself discovered the evidence of his innocence, he called off the wedding. What made my blood boil was how easily Pragya forgave Abhi after all the physical and verbal abuse he dished out to her. I would have immediately left the guy of he had behaved with me like that. What Abhi used to do to Pragya was physical assault in the initial episodes. What used to infuriate me was how Pragya was written as a doormat with zero sense of self esteem and snapped into Stockholm Syndrome mode and fell in love with him. I am so happy that the writers did not write Prachi as a doormat and Ranbir as a misogynistic abusive jerk. PRACHI would never give into a person who consistently abuses her and Rabbit would not actively abuse a girl mentally and physically. PRACHI is feisty and Ranbir would not maliciously participate in acts to abuse a girl. My hatred for Abhigya in the initial episodes knows no bounds and really hate how their relationship was written. I actually had a different version of how they fell in love planned out in my head😂😂😂😂

Yes although on the surface it seems prachi and ranbir are like pragya-abhi, there's so much about their behaviour and nature that is different from abhi and pragya. Like ranbir so far has not shown any of the behaviour and overall attitude that abhi had in initial days (I admit he has sudhaaroed himself a lot since he fell in love with pragya) and prachi is more short-tempered and at times feisty/ no-BS attitude compared to pragya. The only real downfall to them is that ranbir is an immature flirt that tends to take things too lightly and prachi is a little too short-tempered.

Like pragya said in today's episode, how she's made prachi a brave and strong girl. I remembered the scene where Rhea asks a guy to kiss prachi and prachi slaps him and rhea as well. I like this fiesty side of prachi unlike pragya ( in one of the initial episodes abhi forcefully kisses ( pretends to ) infront of a crowd gathered around the changing room they were in 🤢). I hope they don't go on and make Prachi into Pragya 2.0 who only showed anger when immensly provoked and remained silten on the doormat treatment she got from everyone. 1 more scene I remember of prachi was when Ranbir splashes mud on her and then Abhi and vikram asks her to calm down but she lashes out and asks them some valid questions...anyways Coming to ranbir, the only thing I've seen him do same as abhi is being a little comical. But those who say he's trying hard to be like abhi, let me remind you, abhi was 30+ and Ranbir is 20 ( or close i guess ) so between the two of them, Ranbir's goofy and immature nature is more realistic ( for me atleast ) the only time Ranbir has shown typical ITV male lead like attitude was when he twice pinned prachi to the wall. People call them wanna be Abhigya becauae they bicker but honey that's every other ITV couple for you. So for me, Pranbir are very enjoyable.

Literally every ITV couple bicker and banter this way, so it's not copying abhigya. How many times has raman-ishita, preeta-karan also bickered this way? Numerous times! All of ekta's couples are like this but also I've seen this same trope played out on numerous of my fave couples like twinkle-kunj (tashan-e-ishq) and mantu-amaya (tere sheher mein) and many more ITV couples. We just have to accept that senseless bickering is the new romance on ITV likewise to manhandling women by male leads always has been.

We have to accept everything ITV throws at us with a grain of salt to be able to enjoy a show we watch for different reasons. No online petition, desperate comments or bashing will ever effect the makers same way the TRP aunties does. Our bad luck is that majority of TRP audience turns a blind eye toward these toxic tropes and thier effects on society.

He was spending time with Tanu, even in the same room and shit, but they never implied he was being intimate with her i think. At least in terms of sex but is that ever implied in ITV?

I remember seeing them sharing the same bed at night, tanu wearing nighty and him in slacks and banyan. It was right after 2 of my fav episodes aired ( 117 and 118 ) the bhoot bangla episodes. And when they reached thier hotel, tanu was there as well and they were on bed alone and then dadi comes and pragya tries to save them..🤢I stopped watching after that..
