Dr Z the Admin as you call him has been nothing but supportive of us in our time on IF since Jan and he may have indulged in a flirt and adult banter with us but he's not the only one to blame for that alone. If anything we girls-me and Rukhi are the ones who started things off first in light of humour and gave him that prerogative and let him build a comfort level with us in order to indulge in any such Banter. He nevet approached us first or ever crosser the line with us be it on thread or in private so I for one cannot just start pouring allegations over the poor blokes head if he isn't really at fault for anything. At the end of the day it's about mutual consent and if we girls are comfortable and OK with his conduct than there shouldn't really be a problem or no one should really be having any such issues anyways.
