Just watched this movie.

1) Hrithik is good mostly & did his part well. But I failed to emotionally connect with him in last 20 mins of movie,which was completely superficial.

2) Mrunal Thakur had limited role,which she played well. She looked lovely.

3) They could have trimmed the movie by 15-20 mins easily.

4) All supporting actors & kids did their part well.

First half was good. second half was good except last 20 mins.

My rating :- 2.5/5. (If not for that superficial story before climax,I would have given it 4/5) 🤦‍♂️

Super 30 is heading towards being a big HIT as it showed growth of around 50-55% on Saturday. The collections look set to be in the 17-18 crore nett range. The opening was only fair so the growth was coming but importantly there is growth in the multiplexes of mass circuits which gives big hope for the longer run.

There are many films that grow huge on Saturday but mass markets hardly make any gains. The growth in Rajasthan, CI, Gujarat etc means the film can do well in the 15-20 big cities rather than be just a metro film and this gives it a chance for a good lifetime total. The single screens will not do well but the film can do a good number without them on the strength of multiplexes doing well almost everywhere.

The fate of the film is still dependent on the Monday hold but this growth in the Hindi belt means that the film can repeat the Friday mass markets numbers as they were pretty low which will mean a steady Monday. The two day figure of the film will be around 29 crore nett.
