SRK hasn’t had a blockbuster in a decade. Bhai had a decade long bust in early 2000. AK only made films that are rebellious & hatke, none of which anyone expected to be so big! Muslims were the ones ruling BW since its inception as this profession was not looked at nicely by the majority. I rem reading this in an article about Muslim women in Bollywood in the past.

Also Dilip Kumar & Madhubala! Nargis, Meena Kumari, Naseem Banu! How were they so big? Did D-co exist then too?

So the movie mafia does exist. But Kangana said Kjo is the ring leader of the movie mafia. 😲

The idea of content is king or will reign is great. but the movie choices coming out prove to say otherwise...sad state of bw.

Irrelevant of the fate of their films, it is an open secret that these Khans - especially Salman - have very deep network with D gang. Underworld influence in Bollywood grew manifold with the rise of the Khans.

Even BOI is based in London - which is a underworld hub and has been totally bullied or bought by him.

Salman tweeted in support of Tiger Memom too. So, imagine how close he is to know all the inside details of the Mumbai Bomb Blasts. Arbaaz was caught in a betting racket just one year back too with a Dawood Ex aide.

That is why even a monster like Kangana is scared of Salman with whom she is said to have a fling. Salman bought her silence in the Ajay scandal too. Since then, she is terrified to take Ajay, Sanjay and Salman's name. Bcoz she knows they can actually harm her. More than Salman, its shahrukh Khan who is more involved with people like Kareem morani who are dawood henchman. As per media report a couple of years back, IB has tapes of a superstar's conversation with someone from dawood residence in karachi. I am guessing its none other than shahrukh Khan himself. One cant make 600 million + by doing one movie per year n giving raones , raees, dilwales or zeroes. His movies in the last decade have all been duds barring CE, vfx business is not that lucrative in india and red chillies isnt making many movies. So where did all that money come from ?

No wonder after modi came these people decided to remain low key n winding up whatever illegalities they were indulging in. They can no longer fudge the numbers in order to turn dawood's blackmoney into white which is why their BO numbers are not looking great.

These people only remained at the top with the help of underworld and media mafia and never allowed anyone to rise above them. At one point in time hrithik became more popular and his life was threatened. Viveik another rising star was also bullied into submission. Akshay Kumar never dared to clash with the khans knowing what happened to the other guys. So yeah, being muslims they had solid backing from underworld. And now when Bollywood is liberated from the mafia's hold, bad time has indeed come for khans.

Nowadays even shahid movies with almost no promotions reach 300cr. LOL

There was mafia in the past too! LOL that u brought Dilip Kumar. Search and u will find he had connection with some don and had his support in distribution of his movies.

I heard about the underworld connections in the 80s to early 2000s... Recently have not heard such news or rumours.
