That's what I said na, ruhaan can't open his mouth coz he wouldnt know what's happening till the end. Mishti wants Pari to have ruhaan so she won't talk, or may be people won't understand after her series of lies, and Pari would still be in her world. She can only see Mishaan cheating with her, but not what Mishti said is a lie.

Mishaan romance at this time will be like worthy unless the screenplay is brilliant, which I doubt. Pari should know the truth but not at the cost of butchering Mishti even more.
