weren't all these people working around the same time , i left out new comers like ranveer ranbir types.

Newcomer actresses of the older generation had opportunities because being an actress was looked down upon by the high class society. I remember on different occasions both Sanjay Dutt and Shahrukh Khan saying they would never want their daughters to be an actress. Now people are more open minded about it, so all the female star kids are seizing the opportunities.

It is and definitely seems to be the most boring of candidates.
