It annoyed me that the family keeps forgetting so many incidents that took place in their house and involved Drishti. Like you mentioned, the sword part was so bluntly overlooked. I wished Rakshit would say something to Mahima and Lavanya but none of that happened and what happened only encouraged Lavanya more.

Love love love it ! Kaash ye sach mein serial happen like this. But alas !

Anyway, after reading others comments, it’s true there are many incidents that are just like touch n go for this family. And most of them are supposed to be big deals ! It’s like to concentrate more on the supernatural stuffs, the writers forgot to balance the relationship equations in the house as well. Bar bar jap Rakshit ne dekha, Mahima keeps pressurizing Rakshit to get married to Lavanya. Also, she seems to have forgotten that, after what Panditji said, to have his son married to the right girl at the right time, isnt she the least bit happy that after marrying Drishti, he’s still alive and well ? Bhool gayi hai kya ? Beta abhi bhi sahi salamat ho, even married to Drishti. Doesn’t that mean she's the right girl ?

Now after reading your OS, I’m soo curious about what happens next. Will Drishti confess ? Will she keep mum about her secrets ? Will she thank Rakshit ? If ever you have the time and idea, do keep continuing this story ! I love this side of both the characters. Also maybe how Mahima can slowly begin to accept Drishti :)
