I think in the Tamil version, the negative leads character was very well written, even though she was negative. I don't think she was dumb. I don't why is Jahnvi making dumb mistakes here.

Yeah the writer wanted to be different but having no idea, after promoting Zain as lead, they sidelined him. He even looks disinterested sometimes. No one can blame him, after Neil he got stuck in this role.

Latest TRP of the show is same as last week 0.6.

Well even if he is, he can't quit. SP is pretty strict about lead actors not quitting, until it releases them from contract

Ya who knows better than DBO fans. Shrenu was stuck with the show for 2 long years as a wallpaper.

I think they wanted to do something different with the story but due to low ratings they are now changing the storyline again and making it similar to the original, and that is what is creating confusion.

I understand, Zain's fans should be dissatisfied , if the story goes in the same path as the original then he won't have much to do.

In my view Kabir character is not directed well. Normally we do not know some of our faults until the others mention it. The director duty is to make the actors to give their parts perfect. If I were the writer and the director of this show I didn't allow Kabir character to pray Kavya just like in front of the Jesus in last episode. His part might have been appreciated if it would have been shown with the same tone and the same action as like as kavya's and his dialogue may be just like

" yes you both are my friends and I hid the truth from you. I didn't cheat anybody. I decided to give the first importance to the dying wish. So I took that decision. Arush is my responsibility and I will raise him a good person and I can make him study in a good school. I don't like to tell anything further ".

Okay she did not want to shoot Manohar? She could have lured PK to come and shoot him. I expected it to be some plan of Jahnvi, but no PK and Kavya actually saved Jahnvi's life.

Why I call it dumbness is because the same Jahnvi who beat up Manohar twice, stabbed him in the foot, could not shoot Manohar?????

I mean even the greatest bahu of all times, Tulsi shot her son to save someone. Ffs Shrenu's previous character Gauri stabbed Kali to death to save herself.

Here Jahnvi's precious sister, Ishani's life was literally hanging in balance, her father's killer is standing there, and she gives up the fight???

It is completely against Jahnvi's previous characterisation. If she cannot hurt a pawn like Manohar, how will she kill PK??

And coming to the next thing, Jahnvi messing up Aarush's future? Like she was the one who protected Aarush from family drama, and now she is messing up his admission? Maybe she wanted to divert Kavya's attention but she had earlier said she would not use a kid in her fight.

Jahnvi is not a vamp, fgs. She is supposed to be grey, I dunno why cvs are messing her up? I understand it's to show Kavya as the good bahu but why do they have to mess up Jahnvi for this?

Also, forget Jahnvi for a sec, what is Kabir doing????? He is the special agent, he should have been the first to go and check Manohar's room, his Bhabhi nearly died. But no, again it's Kavya.

This is why I generally hate ITV soaps. Suddenly a bahu with no background becomes the smartest, and starts fighting the family's battles. At least if they had shown Kavya as some, I dunno, lawyer or something smart like that, it would have made sense. But here it just does not. That's why I wanted some backstory for her character.

Anyways, the show is not what I signed up for. So, l'll get back when Jahnvi (and Kabir) are shown doing something, and Jahnvi is not being dumb.

Bang on. I find janhvi's character unrecognisable now. They started with a punch, but it's disappeared somewhere. She no longer looks and acts like the invincible woman anymore.

Dont worry people.

Now the show is all Shrenu's.

No Kavya now.

Ha ha, well said. But in any story there has to be a protagonist and an antagonist.

If there's no protagonist, who will the antagonist tussle with?
