Deadpool 2 inspires Men In Black Hindi

If you have watched the Hindi trailer of Men In Black International then you would know how hilariously crazy it is thanks to the 'Gully Boy' hangover. MC Sher Siddhant Chaturvedi has ensured that Chris Hemsworth sounds legit Desi for the Indian audience by using words like, 'Bohot Hard', 'Apna Time Aayega', 'Apne Jaisa Koi Hardich Nahi Hai'. While I thought this Gully Boy effect in MIB was a planned move by the makers of the film considering the Hindi audience would relate more to Siddhant as MC Sher. But looks like there's an all together different story behind it. Turns out Ranveer Singh's Hindi dub of Deadpool 2 is one of the reasons that inspired Siddhant to be the Gully Boy for Chris Hemsworth...

As Siddhant revealed in an exclusive interaction with Zoomtv.com, "That was not decided (laughs). It just happened organically. So when I read the script, it was the literal translation of what's there in English. So it was falling flat, it wasn't fun. I mean, it was okay but then their humour, their tonation, their culture, their lingo is different so why not make it a little desi."

Mentioning how he enjoyed watching Ranveer Singh's Deadpool 2, Siddhant added, "So Deadpool, I watched it in Hindi, I went with my friends. I never watched it in English. Ranveer (Singh) killed it in that. And that's also something which inspired me. Also, I used to watch it when I was a kid you know." And Sanya Malhotra, who is the voice of Tessa Thompson in MIB Hindi was quick to add, "Ya, if you are going and watching it in Hindi then it has to be relatable and relatable for us is Bollywood. Masala hona banta hai."

awesome.............It's clear that people outside IF actually liked Ranveer's deadpool and Siddhant even gave his confirmation for the whole team agreeing to make it so....

And its hilarious to even mention Bahubali, cause though Bahubali did extremely well, that lingo was so funny.....we were actually laughing at the dialogues in the theatre..........so NO, it doesnt work that way.......
