well among the young actress, Disha Patani, Jahnvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan might fit well. I kind of find certain innocence in all 3 of them but have strong doubts on acting capabilities.

Nahiiiiiii!!! Kareena does not come close to what Madhubala exudes, neither face wise nor does she has the charm and elegance that is required to portray the character.

No body among the current generation is fit to play the role infact. They should drop the idea asap.

If they wanted to make a parody then yeah...

Madhubala's naughtiness was innocently beautiful.......while Kareena's is OTT.......personally I wouldnt like her to play Madhubala......... also I dont trust much people with the real story......... they will use her tragedy to earn money.......

No one can play a madhubala from the recent lot, like literally no one.

Madhubala was born in 1933. She was a child star in the beginning, making her debut as a "heroine" in 1947's "Neel Kamal" at the age of 14. She rose to prominence in 1949's Mahal at the age of 16. She had further hits before the age of 20. Madhubala was also known for her ethereal beauty, something Kareena does not have. Madhubala became sick and stopped working by the age of 31. She sadly passed away at 36.

Therefore I don't think it would be possible for a 40 year old Kareena Kapoor to play her. More likely choices would be Alia Bhatt or Sara Ali Khan.

Doesn't matter what Madhubala's sister thinks.

Sara would fit the bill the IMO.

Alia doesnt have the statute and Janhvi cant act.
