Madhubala's sister wants Kareena to play her in biopic

So I read a lot of articles last year about Madhubala's sister wanting to make a biopic on her life. She wants Kareena to play her and the film will apparently reveal a lot of private and undisclosed information about the late actress' life. I think Kareena is the best choice (from the current lot) for playing Madhubala. What are your thoughts?

Madhubala’s sister Madhur Brij says she would want to say Kareena Kapoor Khan play the late actor if her biopic is made.

Madhur Brij, the younger sister of Madhubala wants Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan to play the late actor if the biopic is made on her as the Jab We Met heroine has the same naughtiness that the former used to have.

Talking about if Madhubala was equally naughty at her home too, she said, “Madhubala was very simple at home. She was elder but never bossy and she used to encourage all of us to come in films,” said Madhur, draped elegantly in a white sari with her head covered by a scarf.

Born in 1933, Madhubala — often regarded as the most iconic female celebrity of Hindi cinema — worked in films between 1942 and 1962. Some of her widely acclaimed films include Mahal (1949), Amar (1954), Mr. & Mrs. 55 (1955), Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi (1958), Mughal-e-Azam (1960) and Barsaat Ki Raat (1960).

Madhubala died on February 23, 1969 after a prolonged illness. Talking about what is the one thing actors of today should learn from the late actor, Madhur said it has to be strength and patience.

Dont now much about her but Wasnt Madhubala a good dancer? So why Kareena?

Since Madhubala died in her 30s, Madhuri is too old to play her. Although Kareena is 38 still she looks pretty young. Madhubala's early days (when she was in her 20s) and fell in love with Dilip will also be explored.

kareena, on the other hand, may have a good face but her attitude and personality sucks...its so off-putting, snobby and repulsive. I just cant imagine Kareena playing Madhubala...😔

I've read up on Madhubala, she wasn't renowned for her dancing skills like Madhuri or something. She was called the Venus of India and even Hollywood directors wanted to work with her.

But I've heard she was great both as an actress and dancer in Mughal-e-Azam. Anyways, dancing skills don't matter here since its a biopic and I think she chose Kareena for her beauty.

“There was a time when I wanted Madhuri Dixit to play the role of Madhubala in her biopic but now it has to be Kareena Kapoor Khan as she has the same naughtiness that Madhubala used to have and she is a beautiful actor too,” said Madhur on the sidelines of the unveiling of the wax figure of the late actor by Madame Tussauds, Delhi, on Thursday.

Facewise i think Sonam kinda resembles her. But she's such an atrocious actor
