What an entry it was! Simple yet elevated by RR's enticing charm and personality. From a cameo to an ICON!

Achha I want to know what you see Rishabh Bajaj as, I mean what he is in your eyes. What are the things that you will be okay with if Ekta alters and what are the absolute mandatory attributes which if altered, RB will be ruined for you ?

I am just preparing myself for the epic disaster of this character in this hot mess and sorting this out would be the first step towards it. 😆

oh that is one hell of a scene! can never get enough of it. the way Prerna blasted him with all the right in the world! Only she can talk to him like that and RB would let her. She was scolding him as if he was a teenager and she was the mom!

The pain portrayed by RR when she left was just mesmerizing. He said everything through his eyes. Mrs. Prerna Basu, kitna sajta hai yeh naam app par. And she was just aghast! For a second she didn't know how to react only. But she recovered and was so confident in his love for her. The way she said pyar nahin karte mujse. She so well knew that whatever the matter, it was just impossible for him to not love her. He could hate her, but couldn't ever stop loving her.

Gupta was so sweet to take the drink from Prerna's hand when RB insulted her. I really felt bad for P. She was so hurt and RB was so cold. RB was actually very cold during that entire track but I enjoyed it actually. As I loved P going after him. It was worth every moment that RB had to wait for her and endure that longing while she yearned for AB. It was not like she deserved it, but rather that good she understood RB's worth and warmth in her life by going through that coldness. It helped her make the right decision of choosing RB over AB and not to take him for granted. I liked that scene with Anurag when she said she will keep walking until she meets RB even if she has to walk her entire life to reach him. And AB was like huh! WTH! When did this transition happen🤣

Anyway, I'll try to keep it short. I see Rishabh Bajaj as ITV's greatest ICON. A character that is the sinner and the saint, the beloved and the betrayed (Borrowing Kamla Das's brilliant lines yeah). He has been everything from a heartless man with mysterious charm who would treat the rest as insignificant beings and walk over them with zilch regret to a man who devoted his whole existence to a woman he so passionately loved.

Rishabh has been everything...be it a heartless businessman, a jealous, insecure, and possessive husband, a cunning schemer resorting to borderline cruelty, an obsessed one-sided lover, a great friend, a passionate lover, a crushed and betrayed lover, a father who showed the world that the deepest ties may not necessarily be blood ties, then a father capable of sacrificing his love for the sake of a child that wasn't his, a man willing to accept his fiance's love for another man and patiently waiting outside a house with a hopeful heart, a man with solid self-control who wouldn't touch his wife without her permission to someone who would jump in to romance watching his wife tie his tie, a flirtatious husband to a cold one capable of ignoring your very existence, a lover capable of walking out of a relationship he literally worshipped, a wounded man willing to avenge the wrongs done to him...a man with too many layers and conflicting shades.

Ekta might alter his looks, outfits and the BGM. I'd be okay with that. However, the USP of the character shouldn't be changed. RB is meant to be a man possessing multiple layers and shades with certain shades overpowering the rest depending upon the situation. Moreover, his deep love for Prerna should remain the same. These two things define Rishabh Bajaj.

What a statement!👏It was cute actually. And like a kid's ego. But yeah I did feel for P when she tried to hug him and she resisted. And he said how can you even think that I will go if you are not invited for your family function.

Lots of fights during this entire Sharad track. Another one, the time when P says who are you to take decisions for Sneha and then immediately she realizes the impact of her words but the damage was done. That reaction depicted by RR was just out of the world. He was an awesome father, better than even a husband and especially when it came to Sneha. He had put Sneha above even P and that was something!

Remember he says, just after the first 20 year leap, P asks him why the difference in love between Sneha and Kasak, And he says, Sneha woh sapna hain jo mein jee rahan hoon, aur kasak tumhara diya hua tohfa hain. Sapne jiye jate hain and tohfo ko sanjho ke rakha jata hai. Bas yeh chota sa farak hai.

Btw, the best thing about episode 678, I liked was the fact that Ab's phone was not picked up.🤣Had the story allowed that phone to be picked up....🤬

And the red dupatta given by Anurag to Rb after marriage...it was hilarious beyond words. Surprisingly RB could manage a conversation with AB about a dupatta🤣But he knew that AB would not leave him until his dupatta was pocketed. Poor RB. The dialogues were also quite funny and I wish they would have shown RB breaking the fourth wall for just one time and talk to the audience with humor and mockery for Ab's red dupatta.

It was the only time her saree was fixed in RB's watch. I remember I used to hate it being fixed with AB's watch even after marrying RB.

As for the gaze, it clearly shows P's longing for RB. Very expressive eyes ST has. Her 20 years wait was shown so well in that dream dance. It was full of lust, longing, love. She had eyes just for him and didn't care whether she was a grandmother or a teenager. All she wanted was her man to love her back.

Wow! how lovely you have described it. Yeah, it would have taken every ounce of his self-control. Because he actually didn't have amnesia. And despite his hatred installed by Komolika, he loved her every bit and more. It is again as you rightly said, ceasing all physical contact when they had a fight🤣 Even at the age of a grandfather he had the ego of a teenager. But that scene was something. The way Prerna ran towards him without a thought of Ab and how she hugged him, almost would have fallen down if RR hadn't maintained his footing😉

I liked when she told her mom that RB's memories were not "boj" for her. In fact they were her "sahara" and strength. It felt just right then for her to marry AB without feeling as if she is deceiving RB.

Just an observation, I have always loved how ST used to hold RR's shoulder. It felt so much in sync. Whether during their dance performances or hugs or otherwise, their chemistry was just apt even at these small things. Your pic shows that clearly how her fingers are wrapped around perfectly.

I melted watching the way she was looking at him before the party. ❤️ But he remained immune to her looks shut the door on her face. If I were in her place, I'd have gone straight into his room despite his protests.

Also, the way she grabbed his shoulder during their verbal fight to make him face her made it evident that she's claiming her territory. 😛
