So I just started to watch this show, why do Jhanvi and Ishani hate the Mittal family? What did they do to them?

Pk Mittal framed jhanvis father in some fake medicine case and he burnt his alive. Jhanvi and her sister were left on streets to suffer.

PK Mittal And Ashok Sharma ( Jhanvi Father ) were friends, Ashok Sharma invented some medicine formula so he can cure poor people but PK wanted to use that formula so he can earn millions , when pk found out Ashok is not interested in getting rich he started plotting against him , Stole his formula , started ruining his reputation , ruined his image trap in false case ( many people died) and when Ashok was about to expose he murdered him by burning his house but Jhsnvi n Ishani manage to run . Jhsnvi remembers everything but Ishani does not . She has seen PK mittal true color I guess. Jhanvi n Ishanu were found by Amma who started taking care of them. Jhanvi mother disappeared after ishani was born ( hope we get the story later on )

Jhanvi main mission to take revenge for her dad n the way he got humiliate insulted n murdered by PK Comissioner etc

She need to find proof against PK which can help her motive and make her father innocent

So far commissioner , pk and Manohar are in involved on that incident but Suman was not very nice also

Dhruv kabir jai shonali n Chanda Chachi are not involved but Chanda husband is missing also

it’s a saying - Gehu Ke Sath Ghun Bhi Peesta Hai ...

But Jhanvi has not done anything wrong to kabir but she did marry dhruv to enter in the family for her revenge

Jhanvi n Ishani became homeless orphan due to PK and that bitter pain horrific incident and people who used love n respect her dad started hating was all the memories made her like this, even Suman behaviour towards kids were not very nice.

That’s the back story as per the flash back scenes so far :)
