Help needed to create PM list for sending messages

1. My dear Friends,

I am back after a huge break and happy to know that website is also stabilized and most issues are sorted.

Still while sending PMs I am getting a restriction of only 20 entries. Additionally most of my previous reader are not active anymore

Hence I would like to create a new list of people who would like to receive PMs from me.
