KJo has confirmed that shooting will begin by the end of 2019.

Doesn't matter when the shooting starts or ends. Even if all post-production work is completed before December 2020, it'll not clash with LSC. Kjo is only looking for publicity. Most likely it'll shift to Republic day weekend.

Agreed with Melissa and Chasa -Takht (if it is rlly done) will not be released until 2021.

I mean everyone rescheduled and started new movies.

SO it will be hard to get them back to be on same schedule (meaning all main characters to have free available dates) even IF they start shooting at the end on this year.
SO it will be either filmed like BrahAMSTER is ...EACH SECTION FILMED WHEN THEY GET SOME FUNDING...

Or maybe KJo will say he's director but hire 2-3 other directors to actually do the job ..but he will claim the director title (ghost directing).

He is sometimes vain and stupid but I do not think he is THAT stupid to continue to hemmorrage money- he knows the opublic and fandoms are against him because his Alia fascination and nepotism stuff.

So IMO he will either have others ghost direct for him or he will postpone until he finds a solo date.

Takht got Ranveer :)...unique selling point

Pretty sure Takht will get postponed to 2021 unless Kjo wants to half-ass again. It's only in pre-production right now. Even if he gets it done even then one of them will probably end up moving the release date to avoid the clash.

I will say it here and only once: i honestly wish he does it and flops big time - because I would expect Aamir to do ORIGINAL stuff.. rather than remake stuff.. and HW stuff nonetheless..like POC? a new TOH???

I like him and his quirky choices... this seems an entirely commercial choice. Make money cause it was such a loved film- and he seems to think he can fool Indian audiences, too; hey I will just replace the events with Indian events.. appeal to national pride and .. gimme my Blockbuster.

I rlly thought better of Aamir.. at least on the artistic side..

Jokes aside, in recent weeks, Takht is being touted as the biggest Dharma movie till date. Now you'll have to confirm with Dharma which exactly is the bigger movie. 😂 Also, I seriously doubt Brahmastra will have sequels. Pehli hi chal jaaye toh badi baat hai.

Takht has flop written all over it. In Bollywood, whenever bunch of star celebs have starred in a movie, it has usually implied at weak scripts. Karan directing the flick is just an onus.

Aamir has a glorious filmography since Rang De Basanti with the exception of Dhoom 3 and TOH.

As everyone said, content is the king now.

Plus I find Aamir more superior when it comes to market a movie. He manages to interest all over people. It's more whole and compelling towards the movie.

KJo focuses more on the stars starring in his movie, so the uproar is more on social media usually and not in theaters much. Its limited to fan bases.
