It's not depression until a qualified doctor confirms it. Sometimes we take low mood ad depression but depression is more than that. You better get it medically proven that it's depression and take proper help then
I completely agree with Hash here, Fizaa.
Low points, bad moods and prolonged stress do come in life but that doesn't mean it has to be depression, dear. Like Hash said, get it proved and then, take proper help.
