WE hear this head of a leading food and fashion conglomerate isn’t very nice to work with; especially if you ask his former ad agency. The group’s latest product, a handbag label, was being relaunched with the current It-girl of Bollywood. A small start-up agency was invited to pitch a campaign idea but was rejected. Later, the firm was shocked to see an advertisement around the same idea but without its production. Last that we heard, a legal notice was being served.

All right, the company is ITC, but I'm not sure if Ceriz (The bag Saara endorses) is owned by ITC or not. Saara has also become ITC's Fiama D' Wills' brand ambassador, so Ceriz also could be theirs.
