I sometimes wonder how dhruv continues his cheese attacks on janhvi , completely ignoring her uncomfortable expressions. And he sang a song, don't know if it's from a movie.

Veteran Actress Sandhya Shantaram Passes Away
Yeah, he does come onto her really strong.
But I dunno, I have to give him credit for trying after a year of marriage.
Most men would've suspected that their wife has an affair, or doesn't care for them, or gone for separation.
But he doesn't resent her, in fact, he still wants her affection.
Which is why I think he is shady.🤓 It is not possible for a man to be this patient. Any other man would've given up, or at least resented Jahnvi, because she is PK Mittal's fav, over Dhruv.
Agree with you in the matter of hot head mittal preferring bahu over beta. Any other guy would have screamed his head off at his wife.
If he turns out to be shady, for real, I will be happy. Jahnvi can continue to wreck havoc without any guilt or second thoughts about the cheese sprouting pot.
Even if Dhruv is as good as he pretends to be, I honestly don’t feel any sort of sympathy for a character who is so clueless about his wife’s uncomfortableness. Some people are very romantic that they tend to be cheesy, but this guy just doesn’t back down. I wonder how intimate they are physically, she is after all playing the role of a woman in love with her husband. Anyway, I think tptb is angling towards Dhruv being Jahnvi’s redemption catalyst, sadly.

Yup, that's right. If he claims to love her so much, shouldn't he at least feel her discomfort. If not in so many words. Her body language screams, get your hands off me dude. And she doesn't even bother acting lovey dovey in private.

This! Exactly this part bothered me!
Which is why I think, he is shady. Nobody can be that blind. If he is that clueless, then PK's taunts are justified.
I just hope there is no ghusaya romance between them. I want Jahnvi to remain grey. If anything, I feel Aarush would be part of Jahnvi's redemption, because that makes sense also, considering how she said about protecting children, as she herself has suffered in childhood.
May be. Janhvi's truth will be out. She will save Arush's life. All forgive her. Lame.
If she's gotta destroy them all, let her go all out.
Redemption can wait. Let her shake off this chipkoo husband first.

I am so with you guys. I fell for this show when J was shown as this brutal warrior, one who wholeheartedly believes that the end justifies the means. Besides, what is even the need for a redemption if all she is doing is avenging her dad?
I can’t put my finger on it, or perhaps I am just that out of touch with ITV, but I feel like the tone of the show has changed in the past few days. I just hope tptb has a clear plan, and aren’t making up stuff as they go.

I have been following this show from the start...here are my views....
1. Just like in any other show or cinema...Dhruv wouldnot be able to see Janhvi’s uncomfortable expression ...untill and unless Janhvi herself tells him to keep distance. Her uncomfortable expression are meant only for audience to know that she is not in love. But for Dhruv it wont be noticeable.
2. Its a TV fiction show and not reality....the story started from midway when she is already married since 1 year. Dhruv must have been trying to woo her all this time and only recently started noticing that Janhvi hides stuff.
3. Janhvi’s prime target is PK....and PK’s Wife, Manohar....but not Dhruv or Kabir or other sons/daughters in house.
4. Janhvi once shouted on Dhruv but the very next day held his hand and said sorry in a loving way. So why would Dhruv stop loving her or wooing her?
5. For Janhvi it might be marriage for seeking revenge...but for Dhruv its a genuine marriage...why would he stop loving or trying? He can only stop if he finds the truth or if Janhvi tells him to stop away.

I agree with you. Don't know why people are referring Dhruv as 'disgusting' and 'ridiculous'. He may be shady, and I would love to see that part, or may be he is positive but not exactly the way he pretends. But his love for Jhanvi as far now is real. She is his wife, so him wanting her love and attention is obvious, and that's what he's trying to do. Yes, his ways are little cheesy and OTT, but its fiction, consider that. Personally, I'm liking Dhruv's character more than Kabir's. He can smell something fishy even when Jhanvi pretends all fine infront. So, he's not a mere puppet in the show, and can later challenge/support Jhanvi in whatever way.
