Does this teaser point at Khushi? Ok we can say that she got married to a man who loves her more than she loves him. That being said does she believe Arnav really loves her? I am not sure.

Hence maybe this teaser does not point out to Khushi.

Could it be this teaser points out to Arti? Did she love Manohar but felt safe and secure with Arnav's dad and hence married him? Once he passed away, did she marry Manohar?

I am gonna stick with what P wrote, its time for Khushi to confess that she had a thing for me, serious or not, doesnt matter.

The man who loves your more than you-

Arnav, of course.

But the real question is, does Khushi feel safe and secure with him??

This must be Khushi's thoughts:

With what is revealed so far: we see Khushi has married Arnav not by her wish but for other's wish (Manohar).

Though the proposal came from Manohar to Khushi and Shashi was dead by then of course Garima as a mother would have advised Khushi on this!

Garima being an optimistic person, despite not knowing much about Arnav would have advised Khushi this. We don't know if Garima met Arnav before Arshi marriage for her know that Arnav has a heart of gold!

Khushi should see for care, security and safety in a man rather thinking about attraction. More than attraction which would fade away at due point of time, care and support will stay forever and you will see that from the person who truly loves you not just by words but by heart!

You will feel heartbeat rise, giddy and excited when you love a person and any person in that matter who could be right or wrong for you. That could not just be love but attraction too.

I have seen people in love believes what they want to see and miss out seeing the obvious lack of care, security etc., but what important is, if that person makes you feel secure and safe which means he looks after you, cares for you and obviously loves you!!!

My wild guess: With this advise, Khushi had conceded to marry Arnav - Khushi undoubtedly feels warm, safe and secure with Arnav hence she doesn't regret marrying him but

She feels this is not enough and needs love to make the marriage going.. she is right now in a confused state of mind as she has already come to a conclusion that Arnav's love in the form of attraction will fade away and they don't have a future but when she realizes the extend of Arnav's love for her, she will fall in love irrevocably!!
