Why do people keep putting up with Salman's antics?

So far for Bharat promotions he has been saying really stupid things, but has always been. Yet, there are no repercussions. Why do people just let it slide? Why do people keep working with him besides the fact that he brings in money and attention?

They know about the Vivek incident. Salman can make or break a career even if they have talent

He says stupid things in bigg boss too

Fear and his base is his constant so he is bankable to an extent

Maybe they are all scared of him because of his underworld connections?

Here's my theory. All the power,money talk aside most men in the industry think exactly like him. They are all sexists and misogynists and they probably all talk like this amongst each other and behind closed doors. Salman represents them in a way. That toxic masculinity. The women somehow wade through the dirty waters like in any other profession tbh.
