Erm dude.. I think ever since MBS has been made as the heir to the throne; he has been trying to make changes towards the younger demographic and Saudi Arabia in General. Also, now with diminishing Saudi's wealth; they have no choice but to take some difficult choice in how policy and decision making have to change in dealing with the future.
