Sonam Kapoor at Cannes 2019

As an ambassador for the brand L'Oreal, Sonam has become a fixture of the French Rivera's Red Carpet since 2011. As such, she's managed to impress with her fashion statements and reinvent herself every year -wearing outfits and jewelry from international designers as well as indian ones.

Last year (2018), with the Film Festival having taken place only days after her wedding, she showcased bridal garments. While her looks might have seem underwhelming to some, she still managed to make them refreshing and impactful with outfits designed by Ralph and Russo or Vera Wang.

A French mag named Sonam as one of the ambassadors but it seems to me that she's representing Chopard alongside Priyanka this year.

I don't know about that but if Sonam's association with L'Oreal is over but if it's in favor of one with Chopard then she hasn't lost anything. Chopard is much more luxurious and exclusive than L'Oreal...

Sonam became the face of Chopard fragrance back in March 2019. She is still with L'oreal I think.

No announcement has been made about a breakup between L'Oreal and Sonam but she didn't tag them once and they didn't mention her. I might be wrong or maybe she'll give some time to L'Oreal tomorrow who knows.

Either way, even if she's not a L'Oreal girl anymore, it wouldn't be such a loss as Chopard is a luxury brand and most often than not, luxury brands are as loyal toward their ambassadors as their ambassadors are to them so it would be a long lasting association.

And IF their association is indeed over, I hope Sonam will launch herself into cosmetics like Rihanna.
