I noticed lately in a lot of movies moreso the trailers on YouTube/Web Series, there is a use of this word. My question is that is it necessary? If they want to swear then swear in Hindi?

Also whats the point in using the word on YouTube but then when the movie comes out its cut out?

Lmao. Most Indians who converse in English use the word. Get over it. It's just a word.

More than the movies, it is used in the web series. Don't know why.

Most people would rather swear in English than in Hindi. That's India for you.

Correction: urban India 😆

I dont really mind swearing in hindi. But the thing is, I need same treatment as when someone swears in english. Dont want that 'gross' looks in return.

I think, its same in bollywood, They dont wanna give gross vibes.

The F word is deemed cool in conversations and people use it to appear modern. Elitism hai.🤪

And maybe it's easier for some Indians to abuse in a foreign language as the F-word seems less harmful than certain Hindi abuses that are directed towards someone's mother/sister. F-word is so common in the West that it's no longer a sexual innuendo in casual usage.

A lot of people use it...incessantly in their speech..

I feel like Telugu cuss words/phrases are way way way worse (in their degree of profanity) than English ones... and as far as I know of a few Hindi ones, they're too profane as well, and IDK much - in-depth, that is.. but would assume they're far worse than English ones just like Telugu language's deeply colorful lexicon :p
