Geez! What an emotionally exhausting episode. Draining😔🤔😒😲!
I predicted early on that Komo was a Glenn Close in fatal attraction variety of narcissistic psycho who would need an straight jacket in a padded cell. Her obsession for Anu was sick with a full blown emotional and mental meltdown. Komo is certifiably mentally ill and needs to be kept away from the public. Scary to even think that there can be ppl like Komo in the real world with that kind of obsession.
We knew Komo was headed down this obsessive path when she didnt have an ounce of guilt or remorse deciding that Mishka wasn’t worthy of Anu. He was going to be her man and if it meant killing anyone in her way she was going to get rid of them.
Imagine how intense filming this episode with multiple takes and angles would have been for the actors. Just watching it was intense enough. No wonder they closed the episode with some dancing to relax. Erica was unwell and it was obvious.
From intense drama to suddenly dancing was an odd transition. Could all the Basus really switch moods so fast and pretend that they hadn’t been terrorized by a psycho?
Hope Mohini learned a valuable lesson after blindly trusting Komo simply bec she came for an affluent family with political connections. Will she accept Pre as Anu’s wife or still feel threatened that gaining a daughter-in-law her son loves meant she loses control over her son. Mohini is emotionally “sick” about Anu and needy like Komo.
Being materially wealthy doesn’t guarantee a stellar character. Most often the wealthier they are the more they game the system by throwing their money and weight around blackmailing and harming their dissidents.
The entire Chaubey family is full of criminals without conscience. With unprincipled Siddhant for a dad Komo and Ronit followed his lead to live a life of coverups and threatening those who stood in their way. Mishka set the Basu Mansion on fire and didn’t wonder if she may have been the arsonist, she reacted a lot like Komo at the idea that Anu loves Pre. Someone ought to get them all out of town.
From the open threats from Komo to the Basus, it seems she will throw a wide net to stir trouble for them. It wouldn’t be a surprise if she sent Scooter to stir trouble esp if he’s a villain.
Komo’s exit track has dragged on longer than expected. Hope rest of the w eek is happy times for AnuPre.
